About The Program
Our Orientation Program for College Recruits is a great way to smoothly transition from the classroom to the professional working world. You’ll learn how ONEOK’s businesses operate during the four-month program. Participants in the program start their jobs and spend time with business groups across the company’s various locations.
What To Expect
The Orientation Program for College Recruits provides the guidance and information you’ll need to succeed at ONEOK. Participants are exposed to a variety of experiences during rotations at various ONEOK business segments. Experiences may include meter reading and fire school, visits to the state capitol to learn about regulatory and government affairs and exposure to the company’s business and technical areas. Management and peer mentoring provide insight into ONEOK’s organizational structure and culture, career development and personal growth opportunities.
Recruitment Process
ONEOK begins recruiting students in the fall for entry-level positions. We participate in career fairs, information sessions and student organization activities where you can meet our team and learn more about ONEOK’s career opportunities.
